Comfortable, quiet, spacious rooms that allowed me to do my work quiety and peacefully; although on a busy street, noise was kwpt out by excellent sound-proffed windows;within walking easy distance of excellent parks and also the tram transport system; hotel staff were very friendly and helpful

First of all very friendly, helpful staff! Listening your needs and provide the best service.If you are a boutique hotel person this is where you re looking.Clean and well located. Safe and quite district, only 10 minutes to Catedral.It is a good luxury to have an option to have your breakfast to your room with 7-8 different breakfast options you can select :) You can park your car in front of hotel no cost and it is safe. Rooms are decorated nice and definitely comfortible

We have stayed in this hotel 3x in the last 3 years. Each time we were delighted with the staff and the quality of service. We were at an advantage because my partner speaks Bulgarian. However, one must realise that this is an advantage for any traveller, in any country.
The hotel rooms are a good size and comfortably furnished. They are clean and the bathroom is a good size. Some rooms have a little balcony as well.
